Conditions of use of points

Points may be used for chat and other functions we designate on the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a third party, or refunded except as required by law.

Bonus points are spent first; any shortfall is taken from DMM Points.

The consumption rate per point differs by AI model and function. See the in-service model selection screen and related displays.

Point expiry

The expiry of DMM Points follows DMM.com LLC’s rules.

Bonus points granted through campaigns or similar expire after the separately displayed period from the grant date. Points are consumed in order of earliest expiry.

Charges other than the purchase price

The Service is digital content, so there is no shipping fee. Internet access and communication charges are borne by the customer.

Payment methods

• Prepaid DMM Points. Charge methods follow DMM.com LLC’s procedures.

Time of payment

DMM Points are granted when the charge procedure is completed. Points are consumed immediately when use of the Service is confirmed.

Time of delivery

Points are credited to your account on the Service immediately after payment is completed.

Returns and cancellation terms

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for your convenience after purchase is completed.

Refunds of DMM Points follow DMM.com LLC’s policy.

Operating environment

We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. The Service may not work correctly in some environments.

Notices on use

The Service is for persons aged 18 or over. Registration and purchase by persons under 18 are strictly prohibited.
